When Indie came to us he was very sick and on several occasions we thought we would have to put him to sleep but Indie was a fighter and, after lots of care and patience, he was well enough to be rehomed. As you can see from this picture taken with his new owner, he is now a very happy healthy cat!!

Stumpy was abandoned after being attacked by a dog. His owners did not want to pay the vet bill so we had to have stumpys tail amputated. He was very ill for a while but he made it through and is now living a perfect life in Germany with his new family.

Jixxer was found in a rubbish bin in a plastic bag with 6 of his brothers and sisters. Sadly all but Jixxer were dead. After 6 months of constant veterinary treatment and 5 years with a loving family, Jixxer is now a picture of health and happiness!

Princess was the first cat Canan rescued. She had been kicked in the head, resulting in an inability to look forward but after lots of treatment and love, she recovered and has learned to live with her disability. She was soon adopted by a family in Germany who love her very much.

Baghira was abandoned at the refuge gates and was very scared. After only 3 short weeks, she was lucky enough to be chosen to travel to Hamburg to a temporary foster home and within a few more weeks, Baghira was safely in her new home where she has been living happily for several years now.
